I am just back from London for a great rockin' show on Sunday 31th headlined by Margaret Lewis who recorded for RAM in the 50's.
Margaret did great on stage at the Club 100 and we enjoyed each one of her 8 songs. Everything was perfect and she presented Mister Ted Carroll to the crowd greeting him for his great work on Chiswick/ACE. Having on my bag my Vince Taylor's "Brand New Cadillac" on Chiswick autographed by Tony Sheridan and Brian "Licorice" Locking make that time very special. That single was the first ever issued on "Chiswick". I talked for a while with the Man who made my friend Glen Glenn a legend on our side of the ocean. None of us had a brand new Cadillac.
